The H'Art Park Project

The H’Art Park is a vision that has been nurtured by the Winters Participation Gallery for over twenty years. Located at 23 Main Street between the Chadwick building and Pacific Ace Hardware, This park, as envisioned would have a stage, a place for art exhibits, areas of demonstration gardens, a chalk wall, a drinking fountain, and murals with the piano and the book boxes remaining in place.
